The property also boasts access to the sunny Outdoor Private Resident Swimming pool which is situated to the front of the Residence and which features sun loungers for guests to relax on. Private Parking is also provided next to the Residence for convenience. A pleasant 8 minute walk takes you to the lakeshore of Tremezzo, arguably one of the most picturesque places along the shores of Lake Como! Here you can enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the beautifully landscaped lakeside Park, swim safely in the clean Lake water, relax with a coffee in one of the many cafes and restaurants, visit the majestic Church, spend an evening wine-tasting in old wine cellars or dine in style at the beautiful Darsena restaurant which boasts breathtaking views over Lake Como. The town is ideally located along the central western shore of Lake Como making it within a 5 minute’s drive away from the tourist attractions of Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. Also located nearby is the Passenger and Car Ferry at Cadenabbia and also just a little further along the picturesque lakeside is the charming and bustling Golden Triangle Town of Menaggio, which operates a fast and frequent ferry service to the romantic Eastern lakeshore town of Varenna and to the resort town of Bellagio and which offers many amenities including a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, boutique shops and the newly restored family-friendly daytime and night time Lido with beach, bar, restaurant and leisure facilities. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
